Trips she induced to some of her homeless friends have proven her that she is not hallucinating or mad. She really can contact the dead when tripping with just the right amount of her new formula.

Her husband, a man of a troubled past spiralled out of control, back to the life of motorcycle gangs, drugs and oblivion. After few years, he committed a suicide by an overdose.

At first, Amanda just collapsed. she couldn't work in the university. Burnt some bridges in her rage and sorrow.

Amanda had aqcuintances in the criminal world through her late husband. At first she started cooking meth and other drugs for them. In exchange she got her own, small laboratory.
